If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the assistance and consent of a parent or legal guardian before registering. By registering, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has given their consent to your registration and payment for the courses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes through email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

In these Terms, the words “VerblyLearn,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to VerblyLearn LLC, including our directors, staff, employees, and affiliates.
Student Registration / Creating an Account
To use our Services, you need to register as a student on the Site. The process involves:Providing full names, A valid email address, A password that is at least 8 characters long Optionally, a parent or guardian's email if the student is under 18. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email with a link to verify your account. Once verified, you will have access to the Site and all Services offered under your subscription type. We offer 3 subscription types: Premium, Member Lite 1 and Member Lite 2. You can view the specific details of each subscription on our Site, which are subject to updates from time to time.Your account information must be accurate and complete. Impersonation, offensive names, or any actions violating others’ rights will result in the cancellation of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and ensuring no one else uses your account. Any activity conducted under your account will be considered yours.
Fees and Payment
Tuition fees vary based on the courses and subjects you enroll in. Payment can be made via:

Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

Debit card

Electronic funds transfer (EFT).
For credit card payments, you can opt to pay in full or over an installment plan (subject to additional charges). For EFT, full payment upfront is required. Your subscription will be activated once full payment is received.
VerblyLearn is not responsible if a payment fails due to issues with your bank (e.g., insufficient funds, transaction limits). If you subscribe for a course and finish it early, you are still responsible for completing all payment installments.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, contact us via email. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee, based on the following criteria:

Cancellations within 5 days of subscribing will receive a full refund (less transaction fees).

After 5 days but within 4 months, you will be charged for the number of months subscribed, rounded to the nearest month.

No refunds will be issued after 4 months or if more than 40% of assignments and tests have been completed.
Refunds may take up to 21 working days to process.
Subscription Downgrade Policy
If you wish to downgrade your subscription:

Downgrades within 5 days of subscribing will result in a refund of the difference between the Premium and Standard plans, and your account will be switched to the Standard plan.

No downgrades will be allowed after 4 months or if 40% or more of the coursework has been completed.
Refunds for downgrades may take up to 21 working days to process.
Courses
VerblyLearn offers internationally recognized courses. You are responsible for selecting your courses and subjects, with guidance from your parents or legal guardians. We offer consultations to help ensure that you choose the appropriate courses, but the final responsibility lies with you. We cannot accept liability for inappropriate subject selections affecting future studies or career prospects.
Courses are accessed online through the Site. Parents and students must research university entry requirements if needed.
Electronic Communications
By using our Site and Services, you consent to receiving communications from us via email, text messages, or notices posted on the Site.
Limitation of Liability
VerblyLearn provides its Services “as is” and without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Site or that our content will meet your expectations. You use our Site at your own risk, and VerblyLearn is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
